Cue

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Cue ("Cue", "we", "us") provides a real-time meeting assistant that transcribes conversations and generates live guidance and notes. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to the Cue web app (cuemeets.com), the Cue desktop app, and the Cue iOS app.

Information we collect

Optional speech-recognition improvement program

Cue includes an optional program that helps improve transcription accuracy. It is off by default. A workspace owner or administrator can turn it on or off at any time in Settings → Privacy.

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your meeting content for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to operate Cue, including cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), speech-to-text and AI model providers used solely to deliver the features you request, and Stripe for payments. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Data retention & control

Transcripts and notes remain in your account until you delete them, or according to any retention period you configure in Settings. You can edit or delete individual meetings, disable transcript storage, or delete your entire account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data. Deleting your account removes your stored content.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access controls and tenant isolation protect your content. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

Children

Cue is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
